Why I speak

I fell in love with what happens when one person pours real conviction into a room. After years helping business owners with marketing, systems, and growth, I watched AI redraw the map of every industry. The people I care about most were getting buried under hype, jargon, and the fear of being left behind.

So I built Amplify around a simple promise: practical AI that makes money, saves money, or saves time, customized by industry. Not cool demos. Real leverage. And hours back for the work and people that matter.

The hat

When I was competing in Toastmasters, every judge gave the same feedback: take off the hat. My coach said the opposite. Don't take it off. Use it with purpose.

So I did. The hat became a metaphor for showing up as yourself when the room wants you to fit in. Years later, after a keynote, a woman in a sun hat told me she didn't wear backwards caps, but she finally knew how to keep her own hat on. That's when I understood: the hat was never for me. It was a bridge so other people could feel seen.

I believe AI is the same. Under the surface it's tools and efficiency. At its best, it's a chance to reconnect with the life and work you actually want.
